The house on the horizon.
Plas Gorwelion — Welsh for the big house on the horizon — stands on Llandudno's quiet West Shore. Sixteen old bedrooms have been rebuilt as seven king suites, each with space to sit back and watch the sun go down over the Conwy estuary.

Made for slow evenings
A grown-up house on the sunset side of Llandudno — no children, no fuss, just room to breathe:
Suites, not bedrooms
Sixteen bedrooms were reworked into seven king suites, each with its own lounge seating area and generous storage. Space is the luxury here.
The sunset side of town
West Shore faces the Conwy estuary, Snowdon, Anglesey and Puffin Island. The front garden and terrace are positioned for the evening light.
Room-only, your way
Every suite has a tea & snack corner — fridge, kettle and microwave — with cereals, milk and juice to start you off. Eat when it suits you.
Rod & Sue's house
Family-run and thoroughly renovated — new plumbing, boilers, bathrooms and electrics. Their promise: arrive as guests, leave as friends.
Seven king suites, each one different
Every suite is individually styled, with a king bed, a seating area and an enlarged en-suite with a low-level shower. Front suites face the sea; rear suites face the Great Orme.

Sea-view king suite
A front suite with the estuary filling the bay window — and a chaise longue placed to make the most of it. Binoculars are provided; fans keep the sunny rooms cool.

Room to sit, not just sleep
Each suite carries its own lounge corner — armchairs, a coffee table and space to read, plan the day or simply watch the tide. A room you can live in, not just sleep in.

En-suites, rebuilt properly
The bathrooms were enlarged and rebuilt to a high standard, with larger low-level showers and heated towel rails. Complimentary toiletries are included.
