The house on West Parade, with the Great Orme behind
Rod & Sue Forrestill bought a tired sixteen-bedroom guest house and rebuilt it from the pipes up — keeping the white Victorian frontage and the welcome, renewing everything behind it.
West Parade is the peaceful side of town — the beach is two minutes from the door, the Great Orme rises behind the house, and the bus terminus is on the doorstep for days out across North Wales.
